Interior of Temecula Brewing Co. taproom

Built by locals.
Brewed for everyone.

Temecula Brewing Co. started with a simple frustration: we loved this valley, but we couldn't find a brewery that felt like it belonged here. So we built one.

Our brewmaster sources hops from local farms and experiments with ingredients that reflect the unique terroir of the Temecula Valley — from wine-grape co-fermentation to honey from valley apiaries. Every batch is a conversation between tradition and place.

The taproom on Winchester Road was designed to feel like a living room with better beer. Exposed brick, reclaimed wood, and a bar that's seen more first dates than most restaurants. It's not fancy. It's home.
